VideoSuite

The summary for your guest, with a personal link you can revoke

Each guest receives their summary by email and a personal link to the recording, revocable, with a log of who opens it and for how long. How it works and what privacy it gives.

A summary that does not arrive might as well not exist. When the meeting ends, the host (or automatic sending, if left on) sends each guest who allowed it their summary by email and a personal link to the recording. The link is unique per person, expires after 180 days and can be revoked at any time.

Who it is for

For anyone who gives consultations, sales meetings or training and wants their client to receive something polished, under their brand, without writing the minutes.

What it does, step by step

  • Addresses are verified before sending, and the organisation's signature goes in the email.
  • One personal link per guest: only its fingerprint (sha256) is stored, there is one live link per person and it can be revoked.
  • Access log: who opened it, how many times and for how long.
  • Sharing by name from the viewer, with protection against accidental forwarding to third parties.
  • For organisations that ask for it, a link-only email, with no meeting content inside the message.

Honest limits

  • Today real sending of summaries to participants is enabled only for TrichoSuite; the other organisations send in test mode, redirected to the team, until it is enabled.
  • The link expires after 180 days: the recording remains in your organisation, but you need to generate a new link.

Which plans include it

What each plan includes, with prices and the own-brand extra, is in the plans section of the site: VideoSuite's features are described here as they work today in production, and some (such as own brand or own domain) depend on the plan.
