VideoSuite

Video calls under your brand

Your meetings, under your brand, turned into your company's knowledge.

A browser room on your own domain, with no bots and nothing to download. When you hang up: a transcript by person, decisions, tasks, commitments and an infographic, ready for your AI.

  • No bots in the call
  • Your brand and your domain
  • Connected to your AI via MCP and API

Free plan to get started. Works in the browser, on phones too. Recording is always announced and has a real pause.

A woman laughs at her desk by the window as she talks in a VideoSuite meeting on her laptop: the speaker at the top centre and three more people in the row below.
Illustration of a meeting in VideoSuite: the people are fictional.

For anyone who cannot afford to forget what was said

  • Leadership and teams. Every committee leaves decisions, tasks with an owner and a due date, and commitments nobody has to chase.
  • Professionals with clients. Your room under your brand, and the client gets their summary when you hang up without you writing the minutes. For lawyers, inside Lexiel too.
  • Clinics. 1:1 video consultations on the clinic's own domain, with a clinical report and health data kept out of the analysis.
  • SaaS products. Your customers meet inside your product, and every meeting reaches your system through API and MCP.

The problem

What gets decided in a meeting ends up in three places you do not own

On Thursday nobody remembers whether the 6% rise was for everyone or only for new clients. The summary sits in the account of whoever switched on the notes bot, who is on holiday, and your company's AI does not know the meeting ever happened.

  3. 03Everyone's memory
Before and after infographic. Today: notes in someone else's account, a bot inside the call and one tool piled up per person. With VideoSuite: a room with your brand, no bots or downloads and the knowledge belongs to your company.

Video, scheduling and notes: over USD 24 per person for video and scheduling alone (Zoom Pro 14.16 and Calendly Standard 10, billed annually), with the AI note-taker on top. Our own sum with prices published on 25 October 2026.

15 to 20 min

of every one-hour consultation or meeting, and nobody bills for it. Our own estimate.

1 account

holds what was said

the one that switched on the bot. If that person changes role or leaves, it leaves with them, along with the decisions nobody followed up.

How it works

From the call to knowledge, step by step

No bots joining the meeting and nothing to install: the room itself records, transcribes and understands.

  1. 01

Create the meeting and share the link

Right now or scheduled, in the language it will be held in. Your guests get a link on your domain and an invitation for their calendar.

    • Now or scheduled. Pick a day and time in your time zone.
    • Video or audio. It is always recorded, and guests know before they join.
    • Meeting language. The transcript and summary come out in it; on automatic, it is detected at the end.
A man stands at his monitor, phone in hand, about to paste the meeting link into a chat; on screen, the link and two ready-made messages.
  2. 02

They join from the browser, informed

No account and nothing to install, from a phone too. Before joining they see who invited them and the recording notice.

    • Who invites you. The meeting title and who organises it, before joining.
    • The summary, if they want it. The guest decides whether to get it by email with their personal link.
    • Recording notice. Read before pressing Join; joining means accepting it.
A young man on the sofa joins a meeting from his phone with nothing to install: on screen, his camera preview, his name, the join button and the recording notice.
  3. 03

Every voice on its own track

The room records each microphone separately, so the speaker's name is the name of whoever joined, not a guess.

    • Who is speaking, no guessing. The room marks whoever is speaking, by name.
    • Each person, their microphone. The list shows who can be heard and who will get the summary.
    • Recording, with a pause. The recording notice is always visible and can be paused.
Monitor showing the VideoSuite room: the speaker at the top centre with a teal outline and three more people below, each in their own place with their own sound bar.
  4. 04

When you hang up, everyone gets the analysis and the summary

Summary, decisions, tasks with an owner and a due date and commitments, in each participant's inbox, with their personal link to watch or listen to the recording again, audio and video.

    • Sent when it ends. Every participant with an email gets the summary with their personal link.
    • Task reminders. Anyone with a task or a dated commitment gets a reminder the day before and another on the due date.
    • As they will see it. A preview of each person's email, prepared by the AI for you to review.
Three people in three places look at their phone, laptop and tablet at the same moment: each has received their email with the summary and their tasks when the meeting ended.
  5. 05

    Go back to any minute

The recording with a word-by-word transcript, one lane per person and the topics of the meeting. Click a sentence and you are at that moment.

    • One lane per person. Each colour is a voice: you see who spoke, when and for how long.
    • Karaoke transcript. The word being played is highlighted; click a sentence and the recording jumps to that moment.
    • Chapters and key points. The topics of the meeting and its figures, each with its minute.
A woman with a cappuccino reviews a meeting recording on her laptop, with one coloured lane per person and the play head.
  6. 06

    Ask the meeting

Type the question in your own words and the answer cites the exact minute it was said, so you can listen to it.

    • Your question, in your words. About one meeting or, with Alma, about every meeting you can see.
    • The exact quote. The minute and the literal sentence of whoever said it: click and listen.
    • The related commitment. With its owner and due date.
A manager types a question on her laptop and reads the answer, with the minute cited and the picture of the person who said it.
Monitor with the VideoSuite room and, under each participant, their sound bar: every voice stays on its own track.
One track per personThe room knows who is speaking because every microphone is a separate track.
A manager by the window reads on her tablet the answer to a question about a meeting, with the exact minute cited.
The answer, with its proofEvery answer links to the minute of the recording where it was said.

The infographic

Every meeting on one page you understand in a minute

Topics, figures, decisions and tasks on one page you understand in a minute: as an image or in an interactive version, to share by link or download as PNG or PDF.

  • The image is generated from the meeting's data and checked: if a figure, a date or a name does not match, it is not published
  • Tap an area of the image or any item of the interactive version and you go to the minute it was said
  • The interactive version opens with the essentials: key figures, open actions, who has tasks and the meeting's key concepts
  • The image comes with the paid plans and is never generated for consultations with health data
A woman holds a tablet with a meeting infographic: figures, charts, milestones and people with their tasks, also on the meeting room screen.

Connected to your company's AI

Not another tool: a source for your AI

Your AI assistant reads your meetings the way it reads your documents: transcripts with each person's name, summaries, tasks and commitments, with the same permissions you have in the app.

Your brand and your domain

The same room, with your company's face

The room, the emails and the summary carry your logo, your colours and your domain. Whoever joins sees your company.

  • Your domain: video.yourcompany.com
  • Your logo, your colours and your signature on the emails
  • White label without the VideoSuite signature, as an extra
  • We set it up with you; it already runs on video.trichosuite.com, video.lexiel.ai and video.agenteuno.ai
Two people in two offices join the same meeting: one laptop shows the room with one company's colour and logo, the other with another's.

Recording with respect

Announced recording, and a pause that really pauses

No bot joins the call: the room itself records, and everyone knows before they join. And if at some point something private has to be said, you pause and that stretch is kept nowhere.

Notice before joining

Every guest reads the recording notice on the join screen; joining means accepting it.

A real pause

Need to say something private that must not be stored? You pause the recording and that stretch does not exist: it is not recorded, not transcribed and Alma does not hear it. Everyone sees in the room that it is paused.

Resume by agreement

Your organisation can require everyone's approval before the recording resumes.

Transcription in the EU

The transcription engine works in its European region and files are stored in the European Union.

Health data isolated

In clinics, the database prevents health data from reaching the analysis.

Passwords hidden

If someone reads out a password, it is hidden before it is stored and before it reaches the AI.

Scheduling

Let people book you without back-and-forth emails

Every meeting has a single link: copy it and paste it wherever you talk to that person, or use the ready-made message. And if there is no time yet, let them pick a free slot in your calendar.

One link per meeting

Everyone joins through the same link. Each person is identified by their account or by the name they type, and their device remembers it next time.

A message for chat and one for email

A short one for WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, and a full one for email: greeting, who invites and from which company, when and the topics. With the person's name, in their language, and the email one opens in your mail app in one click.

Booking links

The person picks a free slot in your calendar, in their own time zone, no account needed, and gets the invitation for their calendar.

Availability polls

For your team: you propose several times, each person ticks the ones that work from their account and we tell you when everyone has answered.

Calendar and reminders

With Google Calendar connected, slots come from your real availability and every meeting is added on its own. Guests get up to three email reminders at their local time.

Charge for your consultations

Connect your Stripe account, set a price and refund policy on a booking link and the person pays by card when they pick a slot. Today it works in Stripe test mode, with no real charges; we will announce it when it goes live.

Meeting linkOne link for everyone. Each person types their name when joining and their device remembers it next time.

Who it is for

For anyone who cannot afford to forget what was said

A management committee meeting in front of a large screen with more people connected through VideoSuite.

Management and teams

Lots gets decided, little gets checked: "I'll look into it", with no date and no owner.

  • Every committee leaves decisions, tasks with owner and date, and commitments
  • Each manager sees their team's meetings, and private meetings stay private
  • What was said stays with the company, not in one employee's account

Carmen runs Alvar Logística. On Tuesday her committee decides a 6% rise for new clients. When they hang up, Laura and Pedro already have their tasks with dates, and on Thursday nobody has to ask what was decided.

A lawyer in her office sees a client through VideoSuite, with the room on her monitor.

Professionals with clients

Every consultation means preparing, attending, taking notes and writing up the minutes afterwards.

  • A room with your brand and your domain, not a link with someone else's
  • When you hang up, your client gets the summary with what was agreed and what they have to send you
  • Confidential matters go on pause: that stretch is neither recorded nor transcribed
  • Your client picks a time from your calendar, without back-and-forth emails

A tax adviser sees a client at 10:00. By 11:00 the client already has the summary in their inbox, with what was agreed and the documents to send, and the adviser has not written a line. For law firms, VideoSuite will also come inside Lexiel, our legal platform: every client meeting will go to the client's file.

A doctor in her consulting room runs a video consultation with a patient on the monitor.

Clinics

Video consultations with health data cannot go through just any tool, and the report of each consultation cannot be generic minutes.

  • 1:1 video consultations on the clinic's domain, in the patient's browser
  • A report adapted to the clinical consultation, filed in the patient's record
  • Health data is isolated by the database itself, kept out of AI analysis
  • The patient chooses whether the consultation is recorded, and the pause is real

TrichoSuite, our platform for hair restoration clinics, holds its 1:1 video consultations on video.trichosuite.com: each consultation reaches the patient's record with its clinical report. It is our real reference case.

A customer success manager with headphones in a VideoSuite meeting with four customers on screen.

SaaS products

Your clients want to meet inside your product, and building video with reports takes months.

  • An organisation with your domain, your logo and your colours
  • Your users sign in with the accounts they already have, as in TrichoSuite
  • API and MCP to bring every meeting into your product

Lexiel, AgenteUno and TrichoSuite already have their own VideoSuite on video.lexiel.ai, video.agenteuno.ai and video.trichosuite.com. We set up the brand and domain with you.

When to pick the other one

Meet, Zoom or Teams

If your company already lives in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, if you run meetings or webinars with hundreds of people, or if you have physical meeting rooms. VideoSuite is built for small meetings.

A notes bot

If you want to keep your current video tool and notes are enough: they work on top of Zoom, Meet or Teams and have many integrations.

A video SDK

If you are building your own video product and want control over every detail; you add the transcription, speakers and tasks yourself.

VideoSuite

If you want the room, the report and the memory to belong to your company: under your brand, with no bot and connected to your AI.

  • Meeting minutes: the real duration of the call while someone is in the room, never multiplied by the number of participants. Imported recordings count for their real length.
  • Prices for businesses and the self-employed exclude VAT; for individuals, VAT is included. White label is a business price, VAT on top.
  • Extra hours expire 12 months after purchase.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to install anything?
No. VideoSuite runs in the browser, on your phone and tablet too, with no app to install. Your guests join with a link that carries your brand, from Chrome, Safari or whichever browser they use.
Does a bot join my meetings?
No. VideoSuite does not plug into another tool: the room itself records. Every guest sees the recording notice before joining and any authorised participant can pause it; nothing is captured during the pause.
Do guests need an account?
No. Everyone joins through the same meeting link: people with an account use it, and the rest type their name, which their browser remembers for next time. If they want, they leave their email to receive the summary and access to the recording.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, and transcription runs in the engine's European region. Each organisation is isolated from the others, and clinics' health data never reaches the analysis.
Which languages does it work in?
The room, the emails and this website are in Spanish and English, and the host screens also in Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Turkish. The transcript and the report work in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian and Turkish: the host picks the meeting language, or it is detected automatically.
Who can see a recording?
The host and the people they share it with. Every guest who receives the summary has their own link, which the host can revoke, and every opening is logged. The recording is kept for as long as you need it and deleted when you ask.
Can I connect it to my company's AI?
Yes. From the Professional plan you get an API v1 and an MCP server with over 40 tools, with a personal token: Claude, ChatGPT or your own AI can read meetings, transcripts, summaries and tasks. Each person only sees what they could already see in the app.
I come from Zoom: what about my recordings?
Import them. Upload the audio or video from the web, the API or the MCP; the transcript separates the voices and you name each one. From then on they have a summary, tasks and an infographic like any other meeting.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, for example video.yourcompany.com, with your logo, your colours and your emails. We set it up with you; it already works that way on video.trichosuite.com.
How much does it cost?
Free includes 180 min (3 h) of meetings a month. Professional costs €19 a month billed annually and includes 1,800 min (30 h). Team costs €49 a month billed annually for 5 people (€9 a month for each extra person) and includes 6,000 min (100 h) shared. Enterprise is custom. If you run short, there are packs of 10 h for €9.
What commission does VideoSuite charge on paid sessions?
It is calculated on what you actually receive: the price minus the VAT included and minus Stripe's fee. For a session sold from VideoSuite it is 10 % on Free, 5 % on Professional and 2 % on Team; on Enterprise it is agreed. If the session is sold from a LearnSuite, MentorSuite or AlmaSuite academy, the commission of that academy's plan applies (0% with the paid sessions add-on or the higher plans, 3% on LearnSuite Starter and 20% under revenue share) and VideoSuite adds none of its own. Today paid sessions run in Stripe test mode, with no real charges. The full terms are in the Terms of sale for paid sessions.
What counts as a minute?
The real time of the meeting while someone is in the room. It is never multiplied by participants: one hour with five people uses one hour. An imported recording uses its own length.
