The usual way to give consultations or client meetings is Calendly to book, Zoom or Meet to talk and, sometimes, a third product for notes. It is a proven combination. VideoSuite brings booking, room and report into one place, but with an important gap worth saying first: its session charging through Stripe Connect is in test mode and does not move real money yet.
What Calendly + Zoom does well
- Calendly is the standard for scheduling, and charges with Stripe and PayPal on paid plans.
- Everyone knows Zoom, and its Pro plan includes unlimited summaries.
- Each piece is the best at its job, and they can be swapped separately.
What to know about Calendly + Zoom
- They are separate licences that do not talk to each other: charging and the room are not connected, and the summary does not reach the client with a link of its own.
- The video is Zoom's, with its brand, not yours.
- Calendly's notes add-on (Notetaker) uses a bot, and its price is not on the page we read.
Published prices
- Calendly: Standard 10 USD and Teams 16 USD per seat a month. Zoom Workplace: Pro 16.99 USD a month (14.16 USD billed annually). Prices published by each and read on 10 October 2026; added together, Calendly Standard plus Zoom Pro come to roughly 24 to 27 USD per person a month.
What changes with VideoSuite
- Personal booking links: the person picks a free slot from your Google Calendar and gets an invitation and email reminders.
- The room carries your brand, announces the recording before entering and installs nothing.
- When you hang up, the client receives their summary with a personal, revocable link, and you see whether they opened it.
- You do not take notes: the report with tasks and commitments is waiting when you finish.
What VideoSuite does not do or is not
- It is a new product: a few weeks of real use, not years like most of the rivals.
- To get the benefit you meet in its room, or import the recording afterwards; it does not sit on top of Zoom, Meet or Teams.
- Each room admits at most 16 people: it is not a webinar product.
- The connected calendar is Google Calendar only, and charging for sessions through Stripe Connect works today in test mode only: it does not move real money yet.
- Your own brand and domain are set up with our help: today there is no self-service panel.

When to choose each one
Choose Calendly plus Zoom if you need to charge real money at booking today, or if you already have that combination working and it does not bother you.
Choose VideoSuite if you can charge another way until real charges are switched on, want your brand in the room and want the client to receive a careful summary without you writing the minutes.
