Scheduling: booking links, invitations and reminders without email ping-pong

Booking links on your Google Calendar, invitations with an .ics file, email reminders and availability polls for teams. What it includes and where the limits are.

"Does Tuesday work?" takes more time than it seems. VideoSuite includes the scheduling around the room: the person picks a free slot from your calendar, receives the invitation and reminders, and the meeting is born with its room.

Who it is for

For professionals who receive clients and teams that need to fix meetings between several people.

What it does, step by step

  • Personal booking links: the person picks a free slot from your calendar, with protection so two bookings never overlap.
  • Scheduling meetings with guests and an .ics invitation file, with short invitation codes per person.
  • Up to three email reminders, in each person's time zone.
  • Availability polls among several people, for teams with a directory, such as TrichoSuite's.
  • Google Calendar integration per host: free slots come from your calendar.
  • Paid offers with Stripe Connect: price, refund policy and card payment at booking (in test mode today).

Honest limits

  • The calendar is Google Calendar only: there is no Outlook or iCloud.
  • Charging for sessions through Stripe Connect works today in test mode only: it does not move real money yet.
  • Availability polls are designed for teams with a directory, not open to any organisation.
  • Reminders go out by email; there is no WhatsApp or Telegram in the product.

Which plans include it

What each plan includes, with prices and the own-brand extra, is in the plans section of the site: VideoSuite's features are described here as they work today in production, and some (such as own brand or own domain) depend on the plan.
