VideoSuite

Import recordings from other tools: the past is knowledge too

If you come from Zoom or another tool, the history does not stay behind: upload audio or video through the web, the API or the MCP and get a transcript with identified voices and a report.

VideoSuite puts the best of its analysis on meetings that happen in its room, but it does not force you to start from zero. You can import an external recording, audio and, since mid-October 2026, video too, and run it through the same analysis.

Who it is for

For teams coming from Zoom, Meet or Teams who want their meeting history to feed their report and their AI.

What it does, step by step

  • Uploaded from the web, the API (imports POST) or the MCP (import recording).
  • In an imported recording diarisation is used to separate the voices, and the host can assign a name to each ("who is voice 1?").
  • After that it follows the same path as a native meeting: transcript, report, tasks and questions.

Honest limits

  • In an import the speaker is a voice estimate, not the owner of a microphone track.
  • It does not sit on top of Zoom, Meet or Teams: the import happens after the meeting.

Which plans include it

What each plan includes, with prices and the own-brand extra, is in the plans section of the site: VideoSuite's features are described here as they work today in production, and some (such as own brand or own domain) depend on the plan.
