VideoSuite

API, MCP and MemoryFirst: your meetings within reach of your own AI

An API v1, an MCP server with over 40 tools and delivery of each report to MemoryFirst so your AI can query what was said. What exists, from which plan and what does not exist yet.

The most valuable things that happen in a company (client meetings, committees, interviews) usually stay out of its AI's reach. VideoSuite opens them in three ways: an API v1 with a personal token, an MCP server so your Claude, your ChatGPT or your own assistant can query meetings, and delivery of each report to MemoryFirst.

Who it is for

For whoever runs a company's AI or systems and wants each meeting to be structured, queryable data instead of a summary locked inside someone else's tool.

What it does, step by step

  • API v1 with a personal token: meetings, transcript, summary, tasks, infographic, invitees, imports, search, projects and booking links. Tokens can be limited to one organisation.
  • MCP with over 40 tools, including listing and fetching meetings, transcript, summary, tasks, search, creating and rescheduling meetings, and importing recordings.
  • MemoryFirst: each report of a real meeting goes in with its transcript as the source and the summary as an event, with personal data redacted. Test meetings and health meetings are not sent.
  • The API and MCP are available from the Professional plan.

Honest limits

  • There are no outgoing webhooks: your AI queries, VideoSuite does not notify it when each meeting ends.
  • It is not an editable knowledge base with a library or wiki; the closest thing is the assistant that answers about meetings and the search.
  • Search is by keyword.

Which plans include it

What each plan includes, with prices and the own-brand extra, is in the plans section of the site: VideoSuite's features are described here as they work today in production, and some (such as own brand or own domain) depend on the plan.
